Masseverbindung zw. Motor und Karosserie

Beitrag von Vito »

Guten Abend!

Ich hatte erhebliche Probleme mit meinem Mahindra 540
wg. fehlender Masseverbindung zw. Karosserie und
Motor. Nach Bypass-Verlegung zw. Batterie-Minus
wieder an.

K@rl!

My jeep's stock wiring has two ground cabled coming from the negative terminal. I recently upgraded all of my positive cables, and now I'm on to the negative. Is it necessary to have one cable going to the engine, and one going to the frame - or would one large wire going to the engine, since the engine is connected to the frame, work? Hi Victor,

it's definitifly better you have one negative cable to the engine and one "Masseverbindung" from the frame to the engine, too.

This is, because it's better to wire the head and the crankcase to avoid bad contact between the head gasked to the starter.
